I heard Gina speak in London to a room of about 200 politicians, policymakers, charity leaders and people from social services. That is a hard audience, as most of them have sat through a lot of speeches, as you can imagine!
She absolutely captivated everyone through her talk on leading teams through challenging times, and about why people dig their heels in against change they actually agree with. Gina has so much depth to her leadership expertise it shone through her talk.
